The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our team and drive our sales team's success through strategic enablement initiatives.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of sales/customer success organizations.

  • Manage and maintain a dynamic sales playbook outlining best practices, processes, and tools.

  • Influence onboarding and continuous training programs for sales and customer success, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.

  • Collaborate with product marketing teams to develop and manage sales content.

  • Optimize sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between leaders, sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales/customer success team members, helping them reach their full potential.

  • Ensure alignment of sales/customer success strategies with customer needs and market trends.

  • Regularly collect, prepare and deliver metrics on projects and programs assigned as a part of your role.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales management, or a related field.

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and mentor effectively.

  • Technology-savvy, with experience in connecting enterprise customer business strategies to technology needs/outcomes

  • A track record of successful sales/customer success performance and team leadership.

  • Experienced in MS Office, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Salesforce, and other commonly used enterprise software.

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$103,711.00 - $138,281.00 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$108,896.00 - $145,195.00 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$114,082.00 - $152,109.00 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
