JOB DESCRIPTION: The Division of Reentry and Rehabilitation is seeking a caseworker to join our team of skilled professionals to work with parolees. Our division provides evidence-based,individualized interventions to safely reintegrate justice involved individuals back into the community. Our goal is to develop and carry out high-quality,evidence-based programs aimed at improving individual outcomes and enhancing community safety by implementing strategies,promoting accountability,and strengthening partnerships while maintaining a positive work with parolees and probationers at our Provo Treatment Resource Center. Note: *Based upon the applicant s qualifications,the Division may underfill this position at a Case Worker I position. *THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Licensure as a Social Service Worker or Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor
  • Experience working with substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment
  • Experience teaching educational classes
  • Experience in case management principles
  • Effective speaking,reading,and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of risk assessments and criminogenic risk factors
