Aerotek Facilities Maintenance Mechanic in Provo, Utah

Aerotek is seeking for a full-time mid level Facilities Maintenance / Handyman in Provo, UT. There are two openings, one for a mid level tech for $23-26/hour and another more advanced one seeking for a advanced facilities tech and starts at $28-32/hour.

Mid level Tech / Duties & Responsibilities

The facilities technician will perform general facilities tasks at a modern office building. Will perform basic to advance preventive maintenance of buildings, grounds, and HVAC equipment.

Will perform preventative maintenance by performing tasks such as changing lights, basic plumbing, painting, changing filters on HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, etc.

Will also replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wall paper, etc.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial buildings, schools. hotels or large appt complex will be applicable experience.

  • Must have great customer service and communication skills

  • Must have a HS diploma or GED

Shift: Day shift, Mon-Fri 7am– 4pm + some OT

Wages: $28-32/hour DOE

Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and back ground check.
