Aerotek is seeking for a full time mid-level Facilities Maintenance Technician in Provo, UT.

Duties & Responsibilities

The handyman / facilities technician will perform general facilities tasks at a modern office building. Will perform basic preventive maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Will perform preventative maintenance by performing tasks such as changing lights, basic plumbing, painting, changing filters on HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, etc.

Will also replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wall paper, etc.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial buildings

• Customer service and solid communication skills

• Must have a HS diploma or GED

Shift: Day shift, Mon-Fri 7am– 4pm + some OT

Wages: $23-26/hour DOE

Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and back ground check.
