1/2 time Hebrew Bible Research Assistant needed for a Provo, UT university.

Hebrew Bible Research Assistant

This position is for work as a research assistant to support research projects that are associated with the Hebrew Bible: the Biblical Hebrew Picture Dictionary; the textbook titled Biblical Hebrew: Easier and More Fun; and various related efforts.  

*What you'll do in this position: *

Help prepare Biblical Hebrew vocabulary words; exercises for the textbook; answer key for the exercises; assist in the creation of the Picture Dictionary, and related tasks.

What qualifies you for this role:

Required

A firm commitment to the mission of BYU  Completion of Biblical Hebrew 131-132; 231-232 with a ¿B+¿ grade or better. ANES major with an emphasis in the Hebrew Bible.

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Word and other basic computer programs  

Employee Class: 1/2 Time (17.5 hour)

Work Location: Provo Campus

Environment: General office or other equivalently good environment
