Responsibilities

Training and Development:

  • Manage the operations of the continued development program for Sales Pros.

  • Administrating the job–specific training program to ensure required training is completed by all Sales Pros.

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and maintain a mentor program that fosters workforce and leadership development throughout the sales force. 

  • Partner with the Program Manager to create and curate resources for sales enablement. Ensuring resources are current, relevant, and aligned with sales processes and methodologies.

  • Utilize data to ensure training and development programs are efficient and effective.

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvements and implement solutions. 

Incentives & Program Management:

  • Create and monitor incentive programs to drive performance across the sales force. 

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to execute end-to-end sales and leader enablement initiatives and programs. Including but not limited to:

  • Partner with communications specialists to ensure employees understand incentive programs.

  • Partner with the analytics team to ensure data-driving incentive programs are accurate and drive the right behaviors.

  • Build and maintain relationships with critical cross-functional organizations including but not limited to Employee Incentives, Payroll, Workforce Management, Vendors, Data & Analytics, Sales Leadership, Security, Creative, etc.

  • Ensure seamless prize fulfillment including but not limited to working with AwardCo, Coupa, Concur, and tracking.

  • Manage Awardco end to end, including but not limited to Relationship with Awardco, Managing engagement, Implementation of the platform, and Data management.

    Drive Performance:

  • Understand business goals and challenges. 

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales team. 

  • Provide regular feedback and data to leaders on program performance

  • Strong understanding of inside sales processes and methodologies. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or 4 years of proven experience in a related field.

  • Strong understanding of inside sales processes and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.

Schedule:

  • Schedule – 9 am to 5 pm M-F

  • Remote work available when approved – max of 1 day per week.

  • Following Vivint's PTO policy – all PTO needs to be approved prior.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
