General Responsibilities

The Accountant applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare reports while ensuring all deliverables comply with regulatory and professional standards. Ensure the integrity of information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and 

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least One (1) year of previous experience in an accounting role or internship experience in the fintech, banking, health insurance, accounting firms, or related. 

Knowledge and Skills Required

•Customer Centric: skills to maintain good relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and present alternatives to solve situations.
•Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Systems Proficient. Skills in MS Windows (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail.
• Analytical skills.


Able to lead and adapt to changes, learn new tasks and be able to work under pressure. 

Additional Information

9:00am @ 6:00pm 

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
