Lockheed Martin System Integration Business Analyst Staff in Puerto Rico

Description: As the SME you will have the ultimate responsibility to formulate and implement enterprise-wide business, organization, and information technology strategies for any technical implementations delivered to our customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) applications conform to their controls. As a business analyst you will create requirements and functional specifications and support all other analysis and design activities required to support development. You will also support and oversee test plan and test case development and execution.

This Lockheed Martin (LM) position is for a System Integration Business Analyst with the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) organization supporting Enterprise Financial Applications portfolio. This position will be in support of SAP ERP modules; FI, CO, PS, and SD. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Support month end and year-end closing

2. Day to day operations

3. Setting up master data

4. Meeting with the customers in support of issues

5. Works Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree

-Experience in requirements and understanding business processes

-Ability to work multiple assignments

-Interface and collaborate with the customers

-Working with users / stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance functionality

-Experience in the SAP finance modules CO, PS, FI, labor, etc.

-Support monthly and year end closing activities

-Support/Create master data

-Experience providing production support/troubleshooting for interfaces, programs, etc.

-Demonstrated expertise and experience in application delivery to users across the enterprise

-Proven ability to successfully translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements

-Demonstrated ability and mindset toward understanding and automating complex processes

-Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical skills

-Strong Customer Service orientation and experience building customer relationships and trust

-Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of financial processes and/or technical (IT systems)

Support audit requests and walkthroughs

-Working with developers in support of technical development and testing functionality before hand off to the customer

-Troubleshooting / Problem solving to complex problems

-Experience with Service Central

-Strong written and oral communication

-Strong documentation skills

- Must be a U.S. Citizen

Desired Skills:

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communications skills and ability

-Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment

-Knowledge and/or experience with change management process and tools

-Knowledge and/or experience working on an Agile development methodologies

-Knowledge of the Agile management tool such as Jira

-Experience with SAP debugging and config

-Familiar with SDLC (system development life cycle) developing, implementing, and retiring information systems

-Understanding of SOX controls

-knowledge or willingness to learn to be a backup in support of provisioning user access to SAP
