Morgan Stanley (“MS”) is a global financial services firm that conducts its business through three principal business segments—Institutional Securities, Wealth Management, and Asset Management. Wealth Management provides comprehensive financial advice and services to its clients including brokerage, investment advisory, financial and wealth planning, credit & lending, deposits & cash management, annuities, insurance, retirement and trust services.

Field Business Management is part of Wealth Management Field Home Office at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. The Business Administration Analysts’ primary responsibility is strategy, development and execution of Automated Flexible Grid (AFG), Advisor Legacy Program (ALP) and Joint Production Agreements (JPA). The role reports to the Business Administration Manager.

Position Responsibilities * Field interface with Financial Advisors, staff and Field Management in development and execution in business AFG, ALP and JPA. * Educate and train enterprise partners and field personal on departmental platforms and processes * Point person for cross departmental policy integration, analysis and execution * Lead owner of Call Center partnership for field execution and direction * Field/Client Communication creation and execution as needed * Maintain cross departmental relationships to advance Firm wide strategies * Point person with various corporate partners to develop and implement policies, specifically with Human Resources, Finance and FA Comp * Daily/monthly/Quarterly reporting and trend analysis on metrics * Develop, implement and present key data and metrics to senior management * Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Minimum of 5 year of Wealth Management or Industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Direct knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Understanding of web technologies and departmental platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL and Dataiku a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a strong team and high activity environment

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 85000 and 135000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
