PGRE delivers value throughout the real estate portfolio enhancing employee engagement, sustainability goals and community engagement.The Senior Manager, Enterprise Project Management Strategist will help PepsiCo Global Real Estate (PGRE) to develop & maintain positive relationships with international stakeholders. The role will act as a liaison to successfully acquire and allow for PGRE to manage regional projects.ResponsibilitiesOperational Objectives:* Responsible for Project Management internal and external team operations in assigned Region* Ensure the process includes a clear understanding of all regulatory requirements including but not limit to building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, good manufacturing practices, safety, OSHA, and all governmental regulations.* Collaborate with PGRE PSO, Workplace Strategy & Design, Economic Development, Global Procurement and PGRE Operations teams to track/integrate incentive process, diversity spend and sustainability suppliers / goals* Daily program management throughout the project life cycle* Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements* Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies* Managing and utilizing resources across projects* Managing stakeholders’ communication* Oversee data analytics processes to ensure we are delivering scope, budget and on timeOrganizational Responsibilities:* Lead a team or external resources that translates strategies into program/project plans; including scope management, stakeholder management, deliverables (KPIs), schedule, budget management, risk management and resource requirements* Manage external strategic partners; meeting cadence and end - to - end project delivery* Ensuring project management strategic partners manage project budgets appropriately (Act Like Owners)Accountabilities:* Build monthly dashboards to roll-up by sector projects* Track and report the ROI of products/projects* Track and Report KPIs, Metrics, with emphasis on Safety and PEP+ goals* Ensuring project management strategic partners manage project budgets appropriately (Act Like Owners)* Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements* Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies* Managing and utilizing resources across projects* Managing stakeholders’ communication* Proactively communicate roadmap, milestones and outcomes for all real estate project deliverables to partners and stakeholdersQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field * 7-10+ years’ experience in corporate real estate, both office and supply chain/industrial projects* Experience implementing a workplace strategy on corporate global real estate projectsPreferred Qualifications:* MBA, M.
