Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support FBI/ERF in Quantico, VA.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Compensation for this role is $35.64/hour (Non-negotiable) + $4.57/hour H&W.

This position is located in USA VA Quantico -- USAVAQUA01.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining body recorder/transmitter refresh policy based on body recorder usage statistics ASU will soon begin collecting. In addition, the position will be responsible for a range of complex logistics as well as perform testing and quality control functions.

Specific Duties

Collect, review, analyze body recorder usage from Sentinel Reports, AMS reports, and individual workstation logs.

Contact field divisions, Resident agencies and Legat offices on a regular basis to obtain body recorder usage logs.

Recommend a body recorder refresh plan to FBI program managers based on analysis of the collected data.

Conduct tests or experiments requiring selection and adaptation or modification for a wide variety of Body recorders and transmitters.

Sets up recorder equipment, operates body recorder equipment, records data from

the equipment, measures and records problems concerning the equipment, and analyzes data.

Prepares test reports concerning the equipment.

Performs technical supply management work such as inventory, storage management, financial management, and cataloging and property utilization.

Extracts and compiles a variety of data from AMS, TMD, and other reports, processing data, identifying errors or inconsistencies, selecting methods of data presentation.

Confers with other Department/Project Managers regarding the availability of assets and

provides status and location updates on overdue items throughout 56 FBI field offices and

associated Resident agencies as well as FBI legats.

Resolves Unit individual logistics case problems or supply actions. Some work may require

consideration of program requirements together with specific variations that are not always in

or from standardized guidelines.

Manages Custom Import/Export documentation to include Export Declarations (SED) Pro Forma Invoices, and commercial invoices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must hold active TOP SECRET clearance

Must be able to work in office Monday- Friday

Must be able to pass CGI background check
