Responsibilities You will serve as a change expert and apply independent judgement in organizational and management analysis theories, concepts, principles, and techniques. You will provide a variety of analytical and advisory services as required. You will support senior leadership and process owners with identifying, scoping, and financially justifying projects that align with the Command's Stategic Business Plans, goals, and objectives in support of the war fighter. You will manage the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree to which the project goals, objectives, and metrics are being met. You will conduct or direct business case analysis for a process improvement project and assesses complex problems at the enterprise level. You will serve as an expert analyst and advisor to Marine Corps Systems Command and supported Marine Corps Program Executive Offices on containers, process improvement project, and lean six sigma analysis. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 or NH-II grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzes, balances, or reconciles program requirements with available resources; and process improvement strategies to provide recommendations, implement solutions, and ensure controls are maintained or reinforced. Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management. Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees.
