Responsibilities You will be responsible for a variety of budget and financial support, analytical, evaluative, technical, and advisory services. You will gather information, identify and analyze issues and develop recommendations concerning budget and financial functions. You will finalize payments with vendors for services, training, and tuition as a Government Purchase Card holder. You will develop reports for budget and financial reporting analysis, presentation, to include plans for the Directorate administrative operations. You will independently plan and carry out assigned projects and analysis of the organization's program requirements. You will maintain and process transactions in a variety of web-based travel, training and budget/financial systems and applications such as the Defense Travel System (DTS), Training Information Management System, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least 3 years of General Experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4 at grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education To qualify via education: 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. Relocation incentives as described in 5 USC 5743 may be authorized in accordance with applicable regulations. PCS is not authorized.
