What you’ll do:

As a Director of Student Services, you will be responsible for the delivery of the treatment milieu consisting of Case Management, Behavior Health, Medical, Admissions, Transitions, and Career, Religious, and Volunteer Services. The Director is responsible for administration; policy and program development; staff management; revenue and expense budgets and operations; and for working with students, staff, faculty and colleagues in developing goals, objectives and strategies, setting standards of operations and performance, and establishing short term and long term plans.

To be considered, you should:

  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

  • Have a BA/BS in a related field. (Master’s Degree preferred).

  • Five years of related experience in residential facility operations.

  • Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
