EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED - URGENT HIRE

ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting several LEAD MAINTENANCE HANDYMEN to join our team.

We are looking in several high-volume areas for individuals with 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance. These handymen will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on commercial properties within their territory.

All candidates must have at least 5+ years' experience in 3 or more of the below skilled trades.

• Roofing

• Plumbing

• HVAC

• Electrical

• Carpentry

• Mechanical

• MUST HAVE CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE with at least one year of driving history.

• Must have off street parking for a company vehicle with commercial plates (N/A for Staten Islaand or Upstate NY)

• Must be tech savvy and comfortable working with computers/mobile devices

• Must work with little to no guidance

• Reliable working with a proven track record of employment

• Must be available to rotating weekend on call (1 or more time per month)
