Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at commercial properties within your designated territory. Your work may include:

• Plumbing

• HVAC maintenance and repairs

• Electrical work

• Roofing

• Carpentry

• Concrete repairs

• Welding

• General labor tasks

• Demolition

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves.

Requirements:

• Must have aclean and valid driver's licensewith at least one year of driving history

• Must haveoff-street parkingfor a company vehicle with commercial plates (not applicable for Staten Island or Upstate NY)

• Tech-savvyand comfortable using computers and mobile devices

• Ability to workindependentlywith minimal guidance

• Proven track record ofreliable employment

• Must be available forrotating weekend on-call shifts(at least once per month)
