Pay Range:$12-$20 per hour

Key Responsibilities of a Seasonal Stock Associate

  • Assist in the implementation of visual guidelines, window changes and maintaining store

  • Execute all activities related to merchandise movement in a timely manner
  • Ensure an organized and well maintained environment per visual guidelines
  • Assist in protecting company assets including accurate inventory and cash management

Edge -Can effectively initiate and manage change; makes good decisions based on analysis and knowledge; conveys sense of urgency and moves issues to closure. Ability to:

  • Utilize all JandM training tools to maximize results
  • Report HR issues to manager or supervisor immediately
  • Conveys a sense of urgency

Essential Job Functions

  • Works closely with Sales Team, Store Management and the Customer Service team to achieve all established goals i.e. ensuring all shipping supplies are on hand, shipping deadlines met, visual directives followed per document requirements and overall store and stockroom maintained to the highest standards.
  • Flexibility to move from one task to another while delivering superior service and quality work.
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and the ability to anticipate and problem solve.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to read, write and interpret essential business
  • documents and communications. Must be detailed oriented.
  • Physical Demands, this position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders in a safe manner. In addition, the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Work hours, the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays (including extended hours) and sale events based on the needs of the business.

Requirements

  • Retail Sales/Stock experience preferred
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • The ability to work a schedule that is flexible and conducive of a retail environment
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. in addition to other physical demands
