Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting our valued customers in Quincy, IL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Quincy IL

Location: Quincy, IL

Pay Range: $15 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy

  • Assist customers with product information and support

  • Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
