(Job Description)

A construction company located in Moses Lake, WA is currently hiring for a Construction Project Admin / Construction Project Coordinator. This position will be assisting the Document Control Manager at a large oil & gas ground-up construction project with everything administrative-related to the project. This position will be responsible for coordinating timekeeping, assisting with payroll, document control, working in Excel, performing data entry, and organizing electronic files.

This position will also be assisting with coordinating between sub-contractors and craft/field labor on the project. They will be printing construction drawings and drawing packages. They will work very closely with sub-contractors and the project owner so excellent communication is required. The candidate will be working in Bluebeam, MS Project, MS Teams, and other project management software.

(Position Details)

Title – Construction Project Admin / Construction Project Coordinator.

Pay – $30/hr. (with generous overtime pay potential equaling to 1.5x ($45/hr.).

Schedule – Monday - Friday / 10 hours a day (flexibilities on Fridays for now but when the project is in full swing, there could be required overtime.

Location – Lake Moses, WA (100% onsite).

Contract Duration - 12 Month Contract To Start.

Target Start Date - 1st week on January 2025

(Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager.

• Highly preferring candidates with previous construction industry experience.

• Someone with knowledge or experience processing RFIs/Submittals, working in Bluebeam, processing subcontractor payroll, and working with construction drawings would be an immediate consideration

• Comfortability to work hours over 40 per week (generally work will be around 50 hours a week but 1.5x overtime pay is there)

• Experience with electronic filling, Microsoft Suite, and extremely detail-oriented.

• Technologically savvy and willingness to learn new programs (Bluebeam and/or MS Project experience is highly considered).

• Must be comfortable submitting to a 5-panel drug test (including THC) upon offer.

(Work Environment)

Sharing a communal office. There's a superintendent and 10 other personnel in the office. Close-knit quarters.

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
