JOB REQUIREMENTS: Executive Administrative Assistant - 27584 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will provide administrative support to Senior Leaders from the North America Consumer Brands BU in Innovations & Design and Ecommerce Accelerator. This is a dynamic environment, and you must demonstrate high levels of discretion, communication skills, organization, initiative, autonomy, and decisiveness, while remaining flexible and engaged under pressure. You will be a key member of our Marketing organization, supporting team building & culture formation activities and partnering with the Senior Leaders and their teams to accomplish shared goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism in working with all levels of management, both within and outside the company * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Exercise extreme confidentiality in handling highly sensitive topics or projects * Ability to multi-task with several competing priorities * Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to handle detailed meeting schedules with internal and external parties at multiple SCJ campuses, as well as external venues * Experience and ability to organize domestic and international travel, both commercial and corporate aircraft, coordinate travel visas (as needed) * Highly motivated, self-starter, able to function independently by anticipating needs and resolving them without much supervision or making independent decisions when needed * Sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines.
