Actalent Mechanical Project Manager in Rahway, New Jersey

Our client is a global leading general contractor with a prominent presence in New Jersey. They are working with some of the top pharmaceutical companies in the US supporting their complex construction needs. They are looking to bring in a highly motivated Electrical Superintendent to support their ongoing pharmaceutical construction projects in Central New Jersey.

Job Description

The Mechanical Project Manager will manage the delivery of individual projects, holding primary responsibility for achieving cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Responsibilities include identifying project risks, developing and maintaining execution plans, coordinating with project teams, monitoring performance, managing project costs and financial documentation, overseeing site safety, and ensuring quality in design and construction. The role also involves preparing and managing subcontracts and purchase orders, coordinating project resources, and maintaining organized communication among all project participants.

Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical/Clean Room project experience

  • 10+ years managing mechanical scopes of commercial projects

  • Ability to develop and manage a budget and schedule
