Aerotek Assembler in RALEIGH, North Carolina

Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

As an Assembler, you will utilize basic hand tools to complete sub-assemblies and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork. You will read and understand prints, drawings, and other documentation required for the job. You will work with measuring tools such as calibers or tape measures, and various types of gauges. You will examine products for defects and cosmetic issues, multitask, and adapt priorities as needed. You must work under pressure to meet company needs, with the willingness to work overtime and maintain a sense of urgency. Responsibilities include assembly and pack-out of finished products, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and reporting any unsafe conditions or broken tooling to the supervisor. Shipping and forklift experience are a plus.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in RALEIGH, North Carolina.

Work Environment

Working in a clean and climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm and 7am-5:30pm with overtime. Steel toe shoes are required PPE.
