Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated HR Recruiter in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves overseeing the full cycle of recruitment, harnessing the power of advanced HR systems, and strengthening talent acquisition strategies. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, providing an engaging platform for individuals skilled in HR systems, communication, and applicant tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing positions.

• Utilize the Workday HRIS for efficient management of recruitment processes.

• Leverage various tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, and CRM for optimized recruitment operations.

• Utilize the Applicant Track System for effective candidate tracking and management.

• Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.

• Manage 'About Time' software for efficient time and attendance management.

• Oversee benefit functions, ensuring accurate and timely administration.

• Maintain open and clear communication lines within the team and with potential candidates.

• Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract the best candidates. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR recruitment field.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a requirement.

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.

• The applicant must be familiar with using Careerbuilder.

• Knowledge of CRM is necessary.

• Familiarity with About Time software is desirable.

• The candidate must have experience with the Applicant Track System.

• Ability to perform Background Checks is a requirement.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions is necessary.

• Excellent Communication skills are a must.

• The candidate must have experience with Workday HRIS.
