Red Hat Manager, Market Development Programs in Raleigh, North Carolina
Red Hat is looking to hire a Manager, Market Development Programs. As a leader who will be leading the Market Development Programs team and supporting Global Market Development, you will lead a team of associates responsible for defining and delivering key programs to drive efficiency and productivity of the Market Development Team. These programs may consist of operational, content, product/program enablement or reporting strategies and will be focused on eliminating inefficiency in Market Development processes to drive incremental revenue for Red Hat. You will be tasked with planning, testing, producing and communicating process and programmatic enablement that supports inbound, and outbound business development for optimized solution selling. You will manage a team towards goals that include increasing lead/contact to qualified opportunity conversion rates and improving overall customer experience. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate and work across the marketing, sales and operations organizations to identify business problems and inefficiencies related to business development, platform and process enablement as well as the continuous optimization of your largest stakeholders (MDRs). You’ll have the opportunity to coach your team with gathering business requirements and conducting complex data analysis to develop scalable solutions that leverage a combination of people, process and technology. In this role, you’ll be managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company and across time zones. You will report directly to the Global Market Development Leader.
What you will do:
Guide and oversee broad organizational programs, contribute to market development business strategy, manage the delivery of high-performing content, and manage the delivery of critical product training to Market Development Representatives to improve their performance and outcomes.
Manage marketing program enablement and continuously enable MDRs on sales automation tools that help them build pipeline efficiently.
Partner with marketing, sales, operations and customer engagement teams to streamline processes and reduce complexity wherever possible.
Align and collaborate with various stakeholders across the globe to coordinate projects and initiatives.
Support the Global Market Development leader in defining Market Development Strategy and supplying operational requests or insights.
Delegation of regional action items to relevant direct reports.
Generate and evaluate KPIs + success metrics to manage results.
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization including, but not limited to, strategic business development, social selling and enablement.
Enable a measurable increase in qualified new business opportunities and converted pipeline.
Enable and train users on multiple technologies in alignment to their role and region.
Ensure tools and processes are compliant with relevant privacy legislation.
Assist in evaluation of new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize team performance.
What you will bring:
BA/BS in a related field.
5+ years experience in an operations role leading major programs and projects in a complex, global corporate setting.
3+ year experience managing operations roles.
Prior experience in sales development and / or sales.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Drift, Smartsheets, Signavio, 6sense.
Strong understanding of, and 5+ years experience with Salesforce.com.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Dependable and logical individual with business acumen that is willing to take full ownership of their projects.
The salary range for this position is $90,480.00 - $144,660.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
