Performs a wide variety of tasks associated with manufacturing to include, and not limited to: trimming, lay-up, adhesive cure, splicing, cleaning/rework of product, moving of product, prepping materials, expanding, inspecting, and packing.

Responsible for setup and operation of various equipment and tools.

Ensures that products meet customer specifications and expectations.

Works in a team environment and maintains constructive relationships with co-workers.

Operates, at all times, in compliance with the following systems and policies: Hexcel Casa Grande Quality System, Quality Policy, Environmental Management System, Code of Business Conduct, and all other Hexcel Policies.
