Schedule: Onsite | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $ 24.10/hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within the merchandising team. Your responsibilities will include:
SKU Setup & Visibility: Submit merchant SKU setup details from vendors and ensure assigned part numbers are accessible to ordering, selling, and purchasing teams.
Vendor Contracts: Coordinate the collection, routing, and tracking of vendor contracts.
Reporting: Compile financial and operational reports, track monthly promotional results, and manage other complex documents.
Pricing Adjustments: Submit cost and retail price changes to the appropriate pricing teams.
Merchandise Coordination: Assist the Merchandise Manager with line review processes, callbacks for stores and distribution centers, and sample collections for planograms and advertising reviews.
Advertising Support: Coordinate advertising submissions, off-shelf promotions, and prepare content for monthly marketing presentations.
Vendor Communication: Schedule and arrange vendor meetings with merchandising staff.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Associate degree or higher required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience managing projects or similar tasks.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent follow-up, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
Ability to document and track open items effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay Details: $24.10 per hour
