Actalent Project Architect in Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Description

Join our community-based practice dedicated to crafting solutions and building trust through a culture of design excellence. Our studio environment encourages collaborative participation in all our projects, from inception through closeout. We are seeking positive, innovative, and detail-oriented design professionals with 6-10 years of experience managing publicly funded K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, and Civic work. The role involves overseeing all aspects of multiple small to mid-sized projects and preparing strategic plans for project success.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

  • Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Masterspec, Revit, CAD, Microsoft Office

  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Thorough knowledge of North Carolina code requirements

  • Expert in all aspects and phases of the architectural production process

Soft Skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills

  • Experience facilitating and presenting at public meetings and forums

  • Experience in writing reports, business correspondence, fee proposals, schedules, and work plans

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina and some days remote.

Work Environment

Office is near Cameron Village in Raleigh and has roughly 20 individuals. Office and cubicle type environment with flexibility to work from home.
