Siemens Energy Regional Sales Manager Midwest - Distribution Transformers in Raleigh, North Carolina

A Snapshot of Your Day

The Regional Sales Manager Midwest (RSM) is responsible for the business development of Siemens Energy distribution transformers for all customers in the USA Midwest region. The RSM will engage with customers, sales agents and our several factories to offer competitive technical and commercial solutions for our customers! The RSM is also responsible to handle and lead day-to-day operations of the sales channels in his area of responsibility with the goal to increase order intake, market transparency and profitability.

What You Bring

  • Electrical or mechanical engineer with a minimum of 3 years of technical and/or commercial experience in technical sales or marketing (experience in transformers is an asset);

  • Self-motivated individual

  • Supervisory experience is an asset

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to successfully interact with external customers and staff within the organization

  • Proficiency using personal computers and software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows

  • Building relationships, skillful in negotiations and result driven

  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
