Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detailed Senior Program Manager who will report to our Vice President of Global Channels. This role is important to ensuring the effectiveness of the Global Channel sales group, a newly formed organization within Autodesk. This global organization includes: Partner Sales, Strategy and Partner Success and works with the GRO (Global Revenue Operations) teams including Partner Programs, Partner Enablement and Partner Marketing .  You will support the Global Channels leadership team and contribute to: Strategic planning, annual planning, team building and development, and managing important projects. You will be a trusted advisor and confidant to the VP, facilitating communication and decision processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with corporate, WW sales, revenue operations, finance, human resources, engineering, product, customer success, and professional services teams to identify opportunities and develop related Customer and Partner First strategies

  • Guide communication between the VP and other departments/teams, ensuring understanding of goals, strategies, and plans

  • Manage critical projects, ensuring they align with our goals and are delivered

  • Plan and manage staff meetings, off-sites, all-hands and lead Channel communications together with our Communications partner team

  • Ensure VP is prepared for partner calls, events, and meetings together with Executive Admin

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for all partners

  • Manage the portfolio of strategic plans and program portfolio to ensure execution of important priorities

  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the VP to facilitate efficient decision-making

  • Attend several meetings with or on behalf of the VP

  • Be a contact for all partners on matters on Global Channels business

  • Create operational and administrative efficiencies within Global Channels together with our Strategy & Success teams

  • Support the VP in promoting a culture of performance and continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a channel program or management role in a SaaS or technology environment. Familiarity with Channel programs, operations, incentives, enablement and related programs

  • Experience with the SaaS, Cloud and Platform industries and its challenges

  • Mastered Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools such as Miro, Asana.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Ability to travel globally up to 25% of time

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and work with important stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $128,900 and $208,450. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
