The role involves steering the financial trajectory of the company, driving financial forecasting, ensuring operational accuracy, and extracting insights through deep analysis.

Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive financial and operational analyses to both internal and external key stakeholders • Lead accurate forecasting and proactively identify key opportunities and potential risks • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts, including Profit & Loss (P& L) statements, cash flow projections, and other key financial metrics • Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints • Develop and manage long-term financial planning, including strategic plans that incorporate growth objectives, market trends, and financial sustainability • Champion continuous improvement by spearheading process enhancements and workflow automation • Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data inputs • Ensure financial models are robust, flexible, and capable of generating various scenarios for strategic decision-making • Present financial forecasts and insights to senior management to aid in the formulation of business strategies • Support the seamless integration of newly acquired entities Requirements • Candidate must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) is essential.

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

• Extensive knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.

• Experience with financial database systems.

• Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proven ability to drive process improvement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of financial software applications is advantageous.

• detail oriented certification like CFA/CPA or similar will be considered as a plus.

• Understanding of data privacy standards and regulations.

• Solid understanding of financial set-up, procedures, statistics and economics.

• Willingness to continue detail oriented development.
