Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Tax Preparer in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The selected individual will be expected to handle tax preparations from start to finish, focusing on individual, rental properties, and sole proprietorships. This role doesn't involve working on corporations. The Tax Preparer will be utilizing Drake Software and is expected to manage around 6 tax returns daily.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the complete process of tax preparations for individuals, rental properties, and sole proprietorships.

• Using Drake Tax Software for efficient tax preparation and submission.

• Not involving in corporate tax preparations but focusing on individual and rental properties.

• Demonstrating proficiency in accounting functions and allowances.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any tax-related inquiries.

• Accurately entering client data and maintaining up-to-date records.

• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and CCH ProSystem Fx for financial management.

• Ensuring to meet the daily target of completing 6 tax returns.

• Leveraging CCH Sales Tax for accurate tax calculations.

• Ensuring the correct application of tax deductions in the preparation process. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx is necessary.

• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is crucial.

• Proficient in using Drake Tax Software.

• Ability to perform various Accounting Functions.

• Understanding of Allowances in a tax context.

• Excellent Customer Service skills are required.

• Must be competent in Data Entry.

• Understanding of Deductibles in tax preparation.
