RBC Bearings Assembler/Inspector in Rancho Dominguez, California

Description

Packages bearings for shipment, upon completion of cleaning and lubrication, following customer or military specifications and/ or in-house requirements, , including, the use of preservatives and the proper making of bearings and containers specified.

Incumbent is responsible for cleaning the area s/he is working in before completing the shift and/or prior to moving to another area for proper housekeeping.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Competency in reading and comprehending simple instructions and in reading short memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Capability to effectively present information in a one-on-one or small group situation to customers, clients, and other employee’s of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Capable of computing rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional orno variables.

Special Requirements:

Overtime may be required, including weekends.

MIN: $17.00 to $19.00
