This exciting role sits within the Advanced Therapies Planning team. A fantastic role for high potential talent seeking accelerated development in a fast-paced environment!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Advanced Therapies Planning team as the key point of contact for Healthy Donor Apheresis (HDA) & Cryopreservation at our Internal Cryo lab, located in Raritan, NJ.

  • Collaborate with internal & external partners to demand & supply plan for HDA, assessing competing priorities with available supply; Maintain relationship with HDA suppliers & communicate requirements.

  • Ensure daily orders are ready for systematic processing in Raritan cryo lab through the creation of PROs & POs for the daily schedule; troubleshoot systematic issues as needed.

  • Partner with key players including Vein to Vein, Operations, IT, Procurement, and Quality to close existing issues, implement process improvements, and prepare for new supply chain complexities.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, required

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or similar function.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a project in a team environment to deliver critical milestones.

  • Ability to Work Cross-Functionally, Influence Decision Making, and Present to Leadership.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Preferred:

  • Equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field will also be considered.

  • Experience with cryopreservation or cell therapy manufacturing processes.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cryopreservation and cell therapy.

  • Familiarity with advanced planning systems and statistical forecasting techniques.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

Other:

  • Supply Chain or Six Sigma Certification (e.g. APICS, Green Belt, Black Belt).

  • This role will require on-call Saturday coverage to support the 6-day operation schedule of our Raritan Cryo lab, with flexible working arrangements available.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ 76,000- $121,900 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
