Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of label development professionals responsible for labels and IFUs for new product introductions as well as lifecycle projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed flawlessly and on time.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine labeling requirements and successfully implement them.

• Develop and maintain labeling specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Coordinate with external vendors in the on time delivery of goods and services.

• Develops new and compliant business processed in an effort to improve quality, service and cost.

• Responsible for the tracking and reporting of performance metrics

• Understands and follows the New Product Development and Life Cycle Management processes accurately and as applicable while maintaining high quality

• Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques

• Actively supervises the work of multiple direct reports.

• Identifies and eliminates obstacles to project plans & business goals

• Train and mentor team members on effective labeling processes and recommended approaches.

• Continuously evaluate and improve labeling processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management or related field

• Supervisory and talent development experience is preferred

• Demonstrated understanding of E2E Supply Chain is preferred

• Process excellence, lean training and/or certifications is preferred.

• Proven experience in labeling within the medical device or other regulated industry.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
