Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity to work with a thriving, manufacturing company on their search for a proactive, AR Billing Specialist. As the AR Billing Specialist, you will oversee client invoicing, assist with the collections process, update ERP system, complete accounts receivable transactions, review and assign sales tax codes, perform account reconciliations, prepare supporting documents, and provide solutions to client inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly.

What you get to do everyday

· Data entry of billing /order entry

· Enter daily invoice transactions

· Process and reconcile billing

· Filing/Scanning

· Assist with AR troubleshooting

· Review client credit statuses

· Update and maintain client accounts

· Email follow-up on client inquiries

· Prepare documentation for auditing

· Assist with billing projects as needed

Requirements

The ideal AR Billing Specialist will preferably have a Associates/Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration – NOT Required.

Other requirements for the AR Billing Specialist role include and are not limited to:

· 3+ years of billing experience

· Manufacturing/Construction industry preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Job Costing experience a plus

· Excellent customer service and communication skills
