What You'll Do

You'll assist adults with special needs who live in a community home by enabling them to live full lives, You'll help Individuals do what they like to do; go where they like to go; and participate fully in the life of their communities. You'll assure health, safety, and well-being while helping people make connections and form relationships with others in the community. Direct Support Professionals help individuals with special needs to lead meaningful lives by providing innovative supports.

Qualifications You Need:

• A valid PA driver's license
• A work record with good attendance and reliability
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• A High School Diploma or GED, or willingness to complete a GED
• Ability to pass a drug test and physical exam
