Description

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as an Inbound Specialist, providing superior customer service to both associates and managers. They will quickly evaluate the nature of associates' inquiries, addressing their queries and collecting important data.

Responsibilities:

-Documenting all interactions in HR system and maintaining the confidentiality of both customer and associate information.

-Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to benefits enrollment

-Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to manage and track benefits enrollments and changes

-Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system
