Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician at our plant located in Shoemakersville, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment. This hands-on position requires proficiency in mechanical work, welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, basic carpentry, and math skills. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting production lines, managing raw material processing, manufacturing, quality control, packaging, shipping, inventory, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and practice the 5S method across diverse operations.

Hard Skills

• General knowledge of maintenance fields (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and vacuum systems)

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to troubleshoot

• Forklift experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Hands-on skills
