Now hiring equipment cleaning technicians, for a health care facility, in the Reading, PA area!

Part Time; Friday-Monday!

$18/hour

Job duties & Responsibilities:

• Primarily cleaning durable medical equipment (DME) such as IV poles, heart pumps, specialty hospital beds, and similar items

• Collect dirty items from nursing floors, take do cleaning area to sanitize and clean, and then return equipment to supply closets.

• Lighter work could be small and tedious (cleaning small parts with brushes), but fast pace environment. Very large campus means a lot of walking throughout your shift.

• May see blood or bodily fluids

Shifts and Working Environment:

• PART TIME -- approximately 26 hours/week

• Friday 2pm-7pm

• Saturday 10:30am-3:30pm

• Sunday 7am-3:30pm

• Monday 7am-3:30pm

• The position does require you to train on 1st shift (Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm) for up to 3 weeks, before transitioning to your part time schedule.

• Working environment will be in a hospital; typically you'll be in the cleaning area (non-patient area), but there are times during your shift where you will need to retrieve or deliver equipment to the supply closets on patient floors.
