Job Title: Regional Wastewater Operator

Job Description

The role of a Regional Wastewater Operator involves performing daily operations and maintenance of treatment plants and equipment, demonstrating effective interpersonal skills, and adhering to standard policies and procedures within specific disciplines. It also involves operating facilities with computer or PLC controls, monitoring and adjusting various process equipment, and maintaining a log of operations and maintenance activities. This role also requires the ability to operate a variety of equipment such as forklifts, aerial or scissor lifts, generators, compressors, pumps, etc., and a commitment to creating a safety culture at the jobsite.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in East Syracuse, New York.

Work Environment

This position offers a pay rate of $25 - $33 per hour and operates on a first shift schedule.
