Insight Global Team Leader of Child & Adolescent Team in Reading, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Insight Global is working with a recovery-oriented behavioral health, physical health, and supportive services organization providing a holistic approach to a culturally and economically diverse population for the purpose of achieving a healthy and productive lifestyle.

As a Team Leader, you will serve as an active member of and lead the multi-disciplinary treatment team with a specialization in child and adolescent behavioral health. You will effectively address child and adolescent service needs in the community and coordinate closely with the School Based Team Leader.

Day-to-day

  • Work closely with the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and provide counseling and daily support regarding behavioral health

  • Provide education and assist the team in recognizing and addressing issues that impact youth

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision for behavioral health staff.

  • Participate in integrated care meetings and address both the physical and behavioral health needs of the population served, if applicable.

  • Be responsible for assuring the organization and its activities are in full compliance with all regulatory and insurance standards.

  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of treatment plans and physician oversight of same.

  • Assure staff compliance with clinical documentation requirements.

Skills and Requirements

  • A Pennsylvania LPC/LCSW

  • A masters degree in a related social services field

  • At least five (5) years of experience providing and/or overseeing mental health and substance abuse services.

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week within agency hours of operation, which are 8am-8pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-4pm Friday with Saturday hours, when applicable. - Have knowledge of Child and Adolescent care models.

  • Have Knowledge of or experience with trauma-informed approaches.

  • Be Bilingual: English/Spanish. null
