EnerSys Delaware Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Representative to support existing customers and generate new sales in the Latin America region/territory, which includes South Florida, Central America, and the Caribbean. Duties include: (i) installing test equipment and performing power consumption studies to gather data required for the generation of application Feasibility Studies; (ii) utilizing both proprietary and commercially available software programs to provide solution-based quotations to prospective customers; and (iii) delivering results-based solutions proposals in small and large group settings, as well as online video platforms in order to secure orders for the engineered solutions presented.

This is a fully remote position, but the employee must live within commuting distance to Miami, Florida, and be available for unanticipated visits to factory locations in the south Florida market.

Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a directly related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related position.

Must also have any experience with or knowledge of: (i) Thin Plate Pure Lead and Lithium-Ion battery and charger products, services, and engineering design; (ii) the sales process necessary to properly evaluate and specify the most cost-effective solutions for customers, to generate the very best Return-On-Investment (ROI) for operations; (iii) electrical and electronic principles; (iv) sales, scheduling, and performance of required preventive and corrective maintenance items necessary to ensure the maximum product life and ROI for our customers; (v) computer skills, to include Microsoft suite of products, Salesforce CRM, proper and effective email communication skills and the discipline to utilize these electronic tools to manage their sales support activities; and (vi) technical sales in a similar industry or situation.

Experience can be concurrent.

Must be fluent (reading, writing, and speaking) in Spanish.
