Varicent Project Manager

A client of ours is looking for an Varicent Project Manager for a contract role in the Reading PA area to lead the implementation and management of Varicent projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the enterprise software industry, with specific experience in Varicent or similar sales performance management tools.

Responsibilities of Varicent Project Manager

  • Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met without compromising quality or timelines.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Varicent to guide project implementation, customization, and optimization to meet client needs.

  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Proactively address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, set expectations, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

    Requirements

Skills/Qualifications of Varicent Project Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Proven experience with Varicent or similar sales performance management platforms is a must.

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects within the enterprise software industry.

  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Varicent testing methodologies is preferred.
