Ameresco Sr. Program Coordinator in Red Bank, New Jersey

Ameresco is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to join our growing Implementation Team. In this role, you will be supporting program management and field personnel engaged in the implementation of utility Commercial and Multifamily programs. These programs include the installation of energy efficient measures in commercial and multifamily properties and the processing of incentive payments for these projects.

Applied Energy Group (AEG), a global business within AMERESCO, is a leading provider of Demand Side Management (DSM) / energy related consulting services, tracking software platform and data analysis solutions for utilities. AEG services cover the full DSM life cycle: planning and program design, implementation, EM&V and regulatory support.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve full proficiency on the scope and details of multiple programs supported.

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams, including program managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure program objectives are met.

  • Support development, execution, and reporting for energy efficiency programs.

  • Data analysis, reporting, and forecasting for energy efficiency programs.

  • Monitor performance metrics and customer/trade ally feedback.

  • Identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure that completed work, reported financials, and data to client(s) meet quality control standards and client/program requirements

  • Excellent time and project management skills, while always looking to improve inefficient processes

  • Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business or a related field is preferred.

  • 5+ years of industry experience

Additional Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive energy efficiency reporting and forecasting experience.

  • Experience supporting Utility DSM or Energy Efficiency Programs

  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to follow through on multiple tasks and priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Strong customer service focus and experience

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Excellence in both verbal and written communication

  • Self-starter and team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
