JACK-OF-ALL-TRADES Randstad is excited to present an Executive Assistant opportunity with a well-established company in the York, PA area. Our client, a local manufacturer, is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant who enjoys wearing multiple hats and goes above and beyond to get the job done. This position will encompass a bit of everything from minor accounting, spreadsheet maintenance, note-taking, schedule management, and excellent communication skills when working with different departments. This role will report directly to the Vice President. Honesty, integrity, and confidentiality are HIGHLY important in this role. Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge/understanding of basic bookkeeping/accounting/financials

  • Proficient in Microsoft office, most notably excel spreadsheets

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with all groups of employees

  • Detailed note taking in meetings

  • Sound analytical skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with detailed follow through

  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues

  • Research and review information for projects and reports

  • Exercise discretion at all times and maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information

  • Ability to multitask - effectively manage and prioritize multiple, changing projects and deadlines

  • Adaptable with ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate needs

  • Great work ethic – encompasses a “going above and beyond” mindset
