Job Description This role is a hyflex work arrangement: Approximately 1 day onsite per week in Red Wing, MN headquarters office, with remote work eligibility the remainder of the week. The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $96,000 - $130,000 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Contract Manager to oversee the administration and compliance of customer-initiated contracts, tenders, and agreements. The successful candidate will manage both international and domestic tenders, ensuring all stakeholders are represented and deadlines are met. This role will also handle RWSS Dealership and truck agreements, including securing new agreements, compliance, renewal, sale and transfer, and managing key wholesale account vendor agreements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the process for requests for proposals (RFPs), quotations (RFQs), information (RFIs), and bids for both domestic and international markets. Lead post-sale contract execution, including program start-up, administration activities, and after-sales service and maintenance, by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Review and circulate vendor compliance agreements within the organization to ensure departmental processes conform to agreed customer requirements. Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled to promote customer satisfaction and minimize non-compliance penalties. Guide the review of operational requirements, identifying special handling needs, and coordinating with relevant departments such as Brand Managers, Supply Chain, General Counsel, and IT. Collaborate with the legal department to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor progress, ensuring legal compliance and effective contract management. Manage the renewal, revision, and execution of Dealer and Truck Agreements, coordinating with regional staff and legal teams. Establish and communicate standardized policies, requirements, terms, and conditions to regional staff. Recruit, select, orient, and train employees, ensuring a safe, secure, and productive work environment while managing staff performance and development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in the footwear business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In-depth understanding of products and distribution networks; Familiarity with dealership operations, dealership networks, and branded accounts; Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in contracts, agreements, and prop sals; Proven experience in cross-functional team leadership. Legal or paralegal experience preferred. Candidate should have strategic thinking and planning capabilities; Multicultural awareness and adaptability; Results-oriented and performance-driven mindset; Commitment to execution excellence and LEAN thinking; Strong problem-solving abilities and systems thinking; Continuous learning orientation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
