Job Description Red Wing Shoe Company is excited to announce our 2025 Internship Program! The program is designed to offer you meaningful work that will prepare you for your career. You'll get to see first-hand how our corporate teams develop strategies and practices that support our retail and manufacturing partners, and customers worldwide. This position will offer a hybrid work structure. You will need to live within commutable distance to Red Wing, MN as you'll be working on site 1-2 days per week (on average). Standard work hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-1pm. Compensation is $25/hr. What to Expect: Our Human Resources team will have two interns who will collaborate on key corporate initiatives within our Supply Chain function, improving the employee experience, identifying training & development needs, optimizing HR workflows and driving digital transformation. As an HRBP & Org Effectiveness Intern, you will: Assess Learning Needs: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Org Effectiveness, and Supply Chain teams to define goals, design surveys, and collect insights to identify training and development needs. Analyze and Interpret Data: Compile and analyze survey results and feedback to uncover performance gaps and organizational challenges, including potential focus groups or interviews. Develop & Deliver Solutions: Collaborate with the Org Effectiveness team and Supply Chain HRBPs to prioritize critical training needs, propose actionable strategies, and present tailored recommendations aligned with organizational goals to cross-functional leadership. As an HRBP & HR Shared Services Intern, you will: Enhance Onboarding Experiences: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HR Shared Services on projects that elevate the candidate and new hire experience across our Supply Chain sites. Streamline HR Collaboration: Support value stream mapping to optimize workflows between HR Business Partners and Shared Services. Drive Digital Transformation: Assist in digitalizing employee files and pre-employment paperwork to improve efficiency. In addition to the projects you'll be assigned within your department, the 2025 intern cohort will work together on a group project, solving a real world problem we're facing at Red Wing Shoe Company. Over the course of the summer, you'll meet for a few hours each week with your cohort to gather insights, conduct research, and form a recommendation which will be presented to our leadership team at the conclusion of the program.
