Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is searching for a qualified Senior Financial Analyst to join a fast-growing organization in the assisted living sector, located in the greater Redmond, OR area. Responsibilities:

• Analyze competitive data to identify key financial trends and opportunities

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and analysis of company budgets

• Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making processes

• Ensure accurate and timely financial data in all deliverables

• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the organization

• Collaborate with cross-departmental leadership to align analysis needs with organizational objectives

• Track and report on meaningful metrics and key performance indicators

• Prepare financial models to offer insights to key stakeholders

• Create visually engaging reports to present complex data in a digestible format

• Implement SOPs to streamline financial reporting and improve efficiency in recurring reporting cycles

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulatory requirements

• Offer guidance and support to accounting and finance teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Proficiency in Business Systems

• Mastery of Data Mining Techniques

• 5+ years of analytical experience

• Ability to perform Account Analysis

• Experience in Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

• Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting

• Ability to create Cash Flow Forecasts

• Experience with Cash Forecasting

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting
