PAC Worldwide Accounting Manager - PAC UK in Redmond, Washington

Description Seeking a Dynamic Corporate Accounting Manager! Are you an experienced accounting professional or a Senior Auditor / CPA ready to take on a pivotal role in a growing international company? PAC Worldwide is seeking a high-caliber Corporate Accounting Manager to lead the accounting operations for our wholly owned subsidiary, PAC UK. What We're Looking For: - A detail-oriented professional with 4-6+ years of experience in financial accounting - Strong knowledge of US GAAP and UK GAAP - CPA or MBA preferred (not required) - Expertise in Excel, PowerPivot, and ERP systems (Microsoft D365 experience a plus) - Proficiency in foreign exchange and intercompany accounting - Knowledge of European VAT (preferred but not required) - Knowledge and/or Experience of Avalara Tax Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting functions - Oversee financial statement preparation, monthly closings, and year-end audit activities - Handle indirect tax filings, including VAT returns and annual government reports - Conduct financial analysis and build ad hoc reports as needed - Maintain and improve internal accounting controls - Collaborate on budget preparation and treasury activities What Sets You Apart: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Data-driven approach to accounting and financial reporting - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvements What We Offer: - Competitive salary (90-110k) + benefits package - Opportunity to play a key role in an international company's financial operations - Collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growth If you're ready to leverage your accounting expertise in a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you! #LI-MS1 PAC Worldwide is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
