The Customer Health and Growth (CH&G) organization within CE&S is focused on accelerating Majors (enterprise customers) growth in consumption and usage, prioritizing Customer Health, Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) and Copilot adoption by activating Unified, programs and partners as enablers to scale.

The Business Manager for Customer Health and Growth will be a dynamic leader, responsible for aligning senior staff and the broader organization with the team charter

Responsibilities

Leadership Team Enablement:

  • Mobilize Leadership and broader organization against the team charter.

  • Hold the leadership team accountable to deliver on their financial commitments within the Operating Model.

  • Drive accountability, responsibility, and learning through every level in the organization.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as business managers and peer teams, to drive strategic priorities and ensure effective execution.

Business Enablement:

  • Develop and execute organization’s rhythm of business (RoB) process activities to ensure alignment with CE&S Rhythm of the Business (RoB), including Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, and communications. Manage Objectives and Key Results, integrate strategy planning, and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

  • Lead and manage people ROB including Leadership Team and staff meetings focused on clear outcomes as well as Town Halls, Offsites, and Business Update meetings. Address programmatic support needs and lead process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Support the organization operations as needs arise to optimize execution.

  • Drive preparation and achieve outcomes for leader meetings, presentations, field visits, and internal/external engagements

  • Serve as proxy for leader as needed

  • Partner with Communications team to influence communication strategy and key messages

  • Develop and cultivate cross organizational stakeholder relationships to amplify alignment with critical internal partners, i.e. finance, field organizations, engineering groups, sales, etc.

People Enablement:

  • Lead High Performance Culture activation including leading culture initiatives, employee engagement, and rewards programs within CH&G. Promote a diverse and inclusive culture by executing signals action plans and aligning organizational skills development with leadership goals.

  • Drive employee development activities and investments (e.g. Learning, Career development, Fast Start)

  • Understand voice of the organization and employee pulse

  • Engage in and support employee listening programs to maximize employee voice and increase employee listening and engagement

  • Create a diverse and inclusive culture focused on increasing diverse representation, retention, and improving inclusion

  • Embody our Culture and Values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

  • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 10+ y ears experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

  • OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 7+ y ears experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Background, exposure, or work experience in employee development and learning.

  • 3+years experience in business management or a relevant role.

  • Proven ability to lead, build trust and be highly credible across all levels of organizations.

Business Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
